December, 2011. Sinopec finalist’s documents finally issued. (photo)

In mid-January this year, Sinopec issued tenders, inviting three submersible turbine pump manufactures which are Red Jacket, Franklin and “Lvpai”, nine fuel dispenser manufacturers participate in the bidding. Bid opened at mid Feb, after we revised our tender at Aug, fuel dispenser got its qualification. Once more we revised the tender our submersible turbine pump at Oct, and finally got its qualification last week. (detail see below)
